Hatha Yoga the Iyengar way
Here we teach hatha yoga the Iyengar way. Iyengar yoga is a systematic approach to the asanas (postures) developed by yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar.
Classes we have
At planetyoga.ca we have beginners classes, intermediate level classes, mixed level classes and specialty classes as well as workshops once a month on Sunday.
Our sessions are typically 8 weeks long but sometimes they are slightly shorter or longer depending on the season and upcoming holidays.
As well as 3 hour workshops once a month on Sundays we also offer weekend workshops once or twice per year with a visiting Senior certified Iyengar yoga teacher. Check out our workshops here.
Yoga mats are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own. We provide all the props necessary to practice and to enable a student to achieve their full potential.
Tim Ruddy is the founder and principle teacher, he is Iyengar yoga certified at the Intermediate Junior 3 level. All are welcome.
