Level 1/2Tooltip: Beginners, seasoned beginners and seasoned practitioners. In this class, you will learn to build a solid foundation, how to move in and out of postures safely and become very familiar with your body by learning various poses in a dynamic format. Considerations will be made for your limitations and any injuries or conditions you may have.
