Bolster, 3 blankets, 2 blocks, 1 or 2 belts, metal folding chair or similar.
Alternatively, you can use: Several pillows, several cushions, several books, a belt, 2 kitchen chairs, your favourite thick towels, blankets!
You can use cushions or pillows in place of a bolster and blankets, you can try books for blocks. Ideally, a yoga chair would be great, other types of chairs can be used. Walmart sells the metal folding chairs. Two regular kitchen chairs can be tied together. I will show in the class.
