In this workshop, we will look at how our ankles, knees, and hips behave in the pose. We will work on dorsal and sacral curvature before attempting the pose. We will work on several ways to get into the pose and have fun with this posture. All the while being aware of the breath which is an important component to easing into the pose.

This workshop is purposely placed after backbend week!
