Must have upper and lower ropes to participate via Zoom.

Using the wall ropes is fun, enlightening, and allows us to go deeper in asana. The spine, muscles, joints, and tendons, all benefit from using the ropes in a way not available to us when doing the poses independently.

In this workshop, we’ll focus on a different group of asanas from the first rope workshop but you don’t have to have attended the first rope workshop.

A good understanding of Iyengar Yoga is required to participate.
