Yoga for emotional health is a workshop to lift your spirits. For those times when you’re feeling down, it’s good to know you can do some yoga postures that’ll bring that feeling of life back.

Summer coming to an end leaving you feeling blue, just one of those days, forgot you were happy, depressed, suffering from grief?  Yoga for Emotional Health can help. Change the chemical imbalance in you, move from the tamasic state (darkness, ignorance) towards the sattvic state (illuminating, pure, good, balanced).

Even if you’re feeling good at this moment there may come a day when you’re just not up to facing the world and it’s good to know you can rely on good posture to get you back on track.

Join certified Iyengar yoga teacher Tim Ruddy for this three-hour workshop to increase the number of happy cells in you.

Sunday Sept 15 10am-1pm. $50 paid on or before Sunday, Sept 8 and $60 after.

Who can attend:

All who are willing to learn with at least 6 months of regular Iyengar Yoga practice.
