Part 1 January 21, 10:00-12:00 $40. Love Your Hips. Learn to loosen up the hips so the knees don’t bear the brunt. Padmasana starts at the hips. Although this workshop is part of the padmasana series it can be done on its own.

Part 2 February Date to be announced $40. Knees. Learn how to open the knee joints to make padmasana accessible. Although this workshop is part of the padmasana series it can be done on its own.

Part 3 March Date to be announced $40. Padmasana. Combining some of the work from part 1 & 2 and new stuff, learn to place your legs in padmasana with love.

The three parts are meant to go together but you are welcome to take only the parts that appeal to you. However, the Padmasana will go so well with the other two parts.
